We want to meet you!! Visit our showroom ASAP when you’re ready to explore flooring options, cabinetry, countertops, and more in person. It's perfect for getting a feel for textures, colors, and materials firsthand.

Showroom Hours?
Our Showroom hours are currently Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm and Saturday by appointment. If we are closed when you need to visit us please call ahead and we can try to accommodate a appointment after hours.

Do I need to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom?
While walk-ins are always welcome and how 95% percent of clients start their journey. Some benefits of scheduling an appointment can ensure you have a dedicated team member to guide you through our selections and answer any specific questions you may have but is not necessary at all!

How long does it take to install new flooring?
Installation time varies depending on the type of flooring and the size of the area. We aim to complete most projects within a few days.

Do I need to leave my home during installation?
It's not necessary depending on the type of new floor you are receiving, but we recommend discussing this with your installer for safety and convenience. During the installation process it is important for the safety of Children and Pets to be clear of the area until the project has been completed.

How should I prepare my home for flooring installation?
We have an awesome "What to Expect when Expecting new floors" brochure that goes over this in much greater detail. Here is the basics, Clear the area of any sentimental items that cant be replaced and small personal items. Empty out China cabinets of glass and breakables. Ensure that the floor is clean and a clear path for the technicians to access any areas that will be receiving new flooring.

Can you install flooring over an uneven subfloor?
An uneven subfloor does not need to be leveled before installation; however Subfloors do need to be FLAT to ensure the best results and longevity of your flooring. – different floors has different tolerances that we will check once the old flooring is removed and before installing your new floors.

Maintenance and care

How do I clean and maintain my hardwood floors?
Sweep regularly, clean spills as they happen, and use manufacturer-recommended cleaning products that we sell at our store. A properly maintained hardwood should last a lifetime!

Can laminate floors be refinished?
Laminate floors cannot be refinished like hardwood, but they can be replaced in sections if damaged.

What's the best way to clean tile floors?
Use a mild detergent and water for regular cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the finish of natural stone. Steam cleaning is a fantastic method to maintain the beauty of your tile and stone. A properly maintained tile should last a lifetime!

How often should carpet be replaced?
Carpet longevity depends on its quality and how well it's maintained, but on average, every 10-15 years.

Is it safe to use steam mops on vinyl flooring?
Check with the flooring manufacturer first as steam mops can damage some types of vinyl flooring.

Flooring is typically priced by the square foot and sold by the Carton. Additional costs may include installation, underlayment’s, freight and materials.

Do you offer financing options?

Is there a warranty on your flooring products?
Yes, our products come with a manufacturer's warranty along with a Worry-Free Labor warranty if our professionals install your project. Specific terms vary by product.

Can I return unused flooring materials?
Unopened Setting materials and underlayment’s CAN be returned if still in sellable condition. In most cases flooring is specially ordered as needed specifically for your home and the manufacturer will not accept leftovers unless there is a defect in the materials. We suggest keeping the flooring materials in good condition for future repairs and flooring patches.
